Pack Your Items

Securely place the fragrance bottle back in its original box and use appropriate shipping packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
